In a circle of radius R, what is the volume of the solid generated by revolving a circular segment of chord length a about any diameter not intersecting the chord?  For example, in the figure on the left, the circle has radius R, the diameter is EF, the chord AB has length a, and the circular segment being revolved is in blue.
