Notes:

1. Occasionaly, students may be called upon to solve the day's homework 
   assignments on the board.              
                    Hand in all homework in a folder on the day of the
                    final (keep a copy for your own records).

2. We will cover the theory of formal language and automata, and selected
   topics from theory of algorithms and computability. (Chapters 0, 1, 2, 
   3, 4 and sections from 5, 7).
